Matthew Anderson brings to his position as President and CEO a comprehensive set of professional skills, experiences and relationships developed over more than a dozen years in television, marketing solutions and business development.
He has held leadership roles in various disciplines including senior positions in programming, marketing solutions, advertising sales, business development and finance. He also executive produced numerous series including a recent prime time hit and
played a key role in the launch of two VOD networks. He has worked for industry leaders including Comcast, Cable Network Services, Speedvision, Outdoor Life Network, KPMG, SCI and ABC Supply. His business experience has given Mr. Anderson a unique
blend of business skills, messaging and content expertise. Mr. Anderson knows the importance of understanding his client's business and he works closely with all clients to develop brand strategies, integrated marketing plans and business development
solutions that generate measurable results and grow business.
Mr. Anderson was formerly with OLN (now Versus), a Comcast owned cable television network in more than 70 million homes, before joining SCI, a leading international conservation and advocacy organization to launch their marketing and communications
programs and television series. He began his career in television in 1999 with Cable Network Services, the holding company responsible for the management and operation of both Speedvision (now SPEED) and OL N. Mr. Anderson worked on the development
and management of strategic business plans and financial models for both networks and played a key role in the eventual consolidation and subsequent sale of both networks to Fox and Comcast, respectively. He then took over management of more than
half of Outdoor Life Network's programming, including portions of prime time. In this role Mr. Anderson orchestrated a ratings increase of more than three fold while also driving a dramatic 2000% increase in sponsorship and advertising revenue over
a four year period. His marketing, program content and sales expertise formed the foundation for Mr. Anderson's ability to successfully work with producers and advertisers to produce exciting, entertaining and compelling sponsored programming.
Mr. Anderson significantly expanded the networks relational reach as he forged and maintained relationships with industry leading organizations and major endemic and non-endemic advertisers. He successfully negotiated extensive multiplatform
marketing agreements which included custom content production, in-store displays, event marketing, print advertising, direct mail marketing, outdoor advertising and radio. His operational duties included program development, scheduling and
contract negotiations and management for hundreds of programs covering a multitude of genre. Mr. Anderson later played an integral role in the launch of OLN's two VOD networks including development of their operational plans, marketing strategies,
program development, program acquisition and program scheduling. He also developed the networks first revenue generating VOD business model which the network is currently pursuing.
At SCI Mr. Anderson oversaw all external communications internationally including public relations, marketing, advertising and corporate sponsorship sales. He also executive produced Expedition Safari, the organization's nationally televised
year-round series, which in its premiere season became the highest rated prime time series on Versus. He developed and oversaw a comprehensive corporate sponsorship program that produced a revenue increase of 265% and included an expansion into e-commerce.
He directly managed relations with numerous electronic and print media outlets including but not limited to ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports, Versus, The Outdoor Channel, Men's Channel, Primedia, Time4 Media, Morris Communications and Safari Press.
Mr. Anderson also held positions with KPMG LLP in their ICE (Information, Communication and Entertainment) and MR&D (manufacturing, retail and distribution) practices where his clients ranged from international corporations to start-up internet
companies and included but was not limited to Cablevision, Heineken USA, Brands For Less Inc., Custom Revolutions Inc., Asea Brown Boveri (ABB), Univation Technologies, Exxon, Mobil, Union Carbide and Olin Corporation.
Mr. Anderson also worked in client relations and sales management for ABC Supply, a privately held Fortune 500 company with annual sales in excess of $2 billion.

Michele Barile, Senior Vice President, Operations brings experience in project management, publishing, operations, technology and administration to her position. Ms. Barile was formerly the chief editorial executive with Leadership Directories Inc. (LDI),
a top NYC based publishing company, where she managed both the NYC and DC editorial offices. She was responsible for all aspects of print and electronic publishing including content management and acquisition, editorial review and control, database development and management,
deadlines, and administration. In addition to her operational responsibilities for 14 separate publications Ms. Barile also spearheaded projects that included development and design of a custom relational database, the launch of new publications,
and the transition of the company from a traditional print publishing company to a multiplatform electronic content provider. Her strong organizational skills, content, editorial, project management and administrative experience make Ms. Barile a
valuable member of the senior management team. Her professionalism, knowledge and reliability ensure a proactive detail oriented approach to project management with a focus on client satisfaction and the timely delivery of measurable results.
In her leadership position at LDI she established department policy, set standards of editorial quality, and maintained content consistency and excellence, something for which the company is known and relied upon. During her tenure at LDI,
Ms. Barile cultivated her expertise in operations as she managed the production schedules of each publication; identified and analyzed subscriber needs, proposed enhancements to meet those needs and oversaw the incorporation and implementation
of enhancements into print, online and list rental products; coordinated, managed and conducted database training as well as the creation of editorial user manuals; and developed a data coding scheme used for tagging organizations and positions
in order to allow subscribers to search for and find what they need in the company's online and CD-ROM products.
She also used her strong interpersonal skills to manage the business relationships with all outside vendors including but not limited to the printer, typesetter, list rental provider and Internet product developer. While internally she worked
with the existing sales force to understand and develop strategies to fulfill client needs.
As the editorial technology authority Ms. Barile, directed the strategic business planning as well as the implementation of operational logistics by leading the editorial technology team in the creation and development of a company-wide relational database,
which serves as the source for all print, online, on demand, datafeed and list rental products. The creation of this company-wide relational database enabled the company to develop new revenue streams and product offerings. This project involved several facets,
which Ms. Barile saw through from conception to application including designing the user interface, establishing business rules by which the database operates, mapping data conversion of 14 existing databases, and the establishment of procedures to test data integrity and system functionality.
She worked collaboratively with the CIO to direct needs and conceptualize all technology used by the editorial department to generate existing and new products.
As the founding editor of the company's nonprofit database Ms. Barile fine tuned her project management experience as she oversaw and executed all pre-production and production aspects of the new dataset from pre-inception through print publication,
including defining the scope of the data content, coordination of all research, development of a customized database, design of typeset pages, and creation of the style rules. She also created the first ever sales guide, which was used by the sales
department to market the nonprofit data to new and existing customers.
Ms. Barile holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from Manhattan College and has studied graphic design at The New School in New York City. She was recognized by the International Who's Who of Professional & Business Women, is a member of the National Association for Female Executives,
and served as an advisory board member to Election.com, which pioneered online voter registration and held the first ever online election in 2000 for the Arizona Democratic primary.

Justin Filmer, Senior Vice President of Development & Technology, has been involved in the development of technology and multimedia for over 13 years. After many years of working as an audio engineer and digital audio editing specialist in studios throughout New York,
Justin gained hands on experience in audio production and presentation. His transition to the digital world of multimedia was a natural progression.
After honing his skills as a studio engineer, Justin worked as an audio consultant for leading web-casting company Media on Demand. He was also hired by branded music compilation company Web Sound as an audio/programming consultant.
Over time he gained experience in many different areas of multimedia development and delivery, developing a strong knowledge of IP networking and Telco systems. His well-rounded knowledge has provided him the opportunity to consult for many international companies in a wide variety of capacities. Some of the highlights include:
Ikea – Justin designed a web application for Ikea’s integrated delivery system and developed a custom application to automatically import bulk orders and match imported orders with jobs in partner company Urban Express’s delivery system.
Trader Joe’s - Justin designed a web application for Trader Joe’s that allows customers to order delivery service via Urban Express at the point of purchase. This application facilitates the process of order placement for Trader Joe’s by generating work orders directly in partner company Urban Express’s delivery system.
West Elm - Justin designed a similar web application for West Elm, a William Sonoma Northeast furniture chain, also allowing their customers to order delivery service directly via Urban Express.
Conde Nast - Justin designed and supervised implementation of a web application to manage Conde Nast’s internal magazine and promotional inventory. The application enables Conde Nast employees to manage deliveries and inventory via a web application creating work orders in their partner companies’ management system.
Justin researched and supervised implementation of a private T1 network at 14 top advertising agencies in NYC for distribution of competitive research media. In a second stage of this project he researched work flow and designed the front end for "Adsearch", a web application used by
Grey Advertising, Young & Rubicam, Saatchi&Saatchi, Lowe, JWT, Gotham advertising agencies. This web application allowed users to search meta data for 1.2 million encoded commercials and stream or download these commercials based on user profiles and company permissions.
